45 holes. Five matches. Two days

One of my favorite weekends of the summer.

Played in the Governor’s Cup with my dad as my partner — we rode the highs and lows, pulled off a flight win, and made it to a playoff. I had to tee off from the back tees… not exactly what I envisioned after 45 holes, but pressure builds character… or at least makes for a good story.

Golf has a way of mirroring life, especially for a project manager at heart. You can prep all you want, but things will still go sideways. The key is to adjust, laugh, and keep swinging. Just like life, only with more sunscreen.

Grateful for the win, the memories, and most of all, the chance to compete alongside my dad.
